Dr. Charles H. Stewart is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He completed his residency training at the Cronin, Brauer and Biggs clinic affiliated with the St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas. It was at this clinic that the breast augmentation was invented. Many of the modern refinements in facial rejuvenation (Dr. Biggs), breast reconstruction and breast rejuvenation (Dr. Cronin) as well as cleft lip and palate reconstruction (Dr. Brauer) were developed at this clinic.

Dr. Stewart’s 20-year private practice focuses primarily on cosmetic surgery, although he is also a highly skilled reconstructive surgeon. His special cosmetic training includes instruction in body contouring, breast enlargement, breast reduction, and facial rejuvenation. He has performed thousands of surgeries including breast augmentation, body and facial liposuction, abdominoplasty, and face, neck, and eyelid lifts. He and his experienced staff offer a wide variety of ancillary services including Botox, dermal fillers, hair removal, sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment), skin care, and other facial aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Stewart’s international experience includes travel to Latin America twice a year with the Hirsche Smiles Foundation where he donates his time to perform cleft lip and palate surgery, burn reconstruction, and other types of pediatric surgeries. Prior to medical school, Dr. Stewart served as a missionary and Red Cross volunteer in Latin America. Because of his understanding of the culture and his exceptional language skills, he was able to complete part of his medical training at the prestigious School of Medicine at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico where he graduated number one in his class. His medical training also included training at the George Washington University Hospital, the Washington Hospital Center, and the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Stewart has offices in Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah. He has most recently served as the Head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. He is a member of the Utah Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Stewart and the Hirsche Smiles Foundation have recently been featured on “E!” channel’s popular program “Dr. 90210” with Dr. Robert Rey.

Dr. Stewart and his wife, Nancy, live in Provo, Utah. They have four children.
